The Recompete Community of Practice (CoP) is designed to support grantees of the Recompete Pilot Program by accelerating learning, collaboration, and impact. The CoP brings practitioners together to share lessons learned, highlight emerging practices, and tackle common implementation challenges in place-based workforce and economic development. Through peer exchanges, targeted technical assistance, and knowledge-sharing opportunities, the Community of Practice helps coalitions strengthen their strategies, build capacity, and expand pathways to quality jobs in their communities.
